Privacy Policy
AgentAlarm is an iPhone app that lets the AI agents you connect send you reminders and urgent alerts. This page explains what the app and its server at alarm.achub.net store, why, for how long, and how to delete it.
What we store
About your account:
- Your Apple account identifier for this app (from Sign in with Apple)
- Your email address, only if you chose to share it with the app (it may be an Apple private relay address)
- Your name, if Apple provided it
- Your time zone, so times without an offset mean your local time
- Your iPhone’s push token and whether it is a development or App Store build, so we can deliver reminders
- An encrypted Sign in with Apple refresh token, used only to disconnect Sign in with Apple when you delete your account
About your reminders:
- Title and note
- Type (normal or urgent), time, snooze length and snooze time, status (scheduled, snoozed, done or cancelled) and when it was done
- Colour and sound
- Which agent created it: a link to that agent’s key and the key’s name at the time, so the app can show it after the agent is disconnected
- Technical times: when it was created, changed, delivered by push and last synced to your iPhone
About the AI agents you connect:
- Each agent key’s name (chosen by the agent or by you), what it may do, when it was created and when it was last used. The key itself is stored only as a hash and cannot be read after it is issued.
- When an agent connects without giving a name, the server looks at its User-Agent header once to suggest a name (for example “Claude Code”). The header itself is not stored.
- Setup links are one-time codes that expire after 30 minutes.
On your iPhone, the app keeps a copy of your reminders and settings so alarms ring on time without a connection. Signing out removes them from the iPhone.
Why we store it
Only to run AgentAlarm: to sign you in, to show your reminders and deliver them to your iPhone, and to let the agents you connected manage them. We do not show ads, we do not track you across apps or websites, we do not use analytics or crash-reporting services, and we do not sell or share your data for marketing.
Server logs
Like most websites, the server and Cloudflare keep technical logs of requests (IP address, time, the address requested and the browser or client name) for security, abuse prevention and fixing problems. Error logs may contain your account number but not your reminders. Web server logs (with IP addresses) are kept for up to 7 days and application error logs for up to 14 days, then deleted. Database backups, when made, are kept for up to 30 days, so data you delete also disappears from backups within 30 days. IP addresses are also used briefly to limit how often requests can be made.
Who processes it
- Apple: Sign in with Apple and push notifications
- Cloudflare: network traffic to the server
- Our hosting provider: runs the server and its database
- The AI agents and apps you connect (for example Claude Code, Codex or Cursor): with the key you give them they read and change your reminders, and what they do with that data is covered by their own privacy policies. You can disconnect any of them in the app at any time.
How long we keep it
- Your account and reminders: until you delete them. Finished reminders stay in your history until you clear them in the app or delete your account.
- Agent keys: until you disconnect the agent or delete your account. Reminders an agent already created stay, with its name.
- Push token: replaced when it changes, and removed when you sign out or delete your account.
Deleting your data
In the app, open Settings and choose “Delete account”. This immediately removes your account and everything listed above from the server: your reminders, your agent keys and your push token. We also ask Apple to revoke the Sign in with Apple link. You can also remove the app from Sign in with Apple in your Apple Account settings yourself.
Children
AgentAlarm is not directed at children under 13.
